The Complex of Student Accommodation project in Kyiv is focused on creating modern, comfortable, and affordable housing for students, considering the increasing number of young people coming from other cities and regions of Ukraine to study.

The complex is located in an area that is home to 8 higher educational institutions, providing convenient access to universities.

The rooms in the accommodation are designed to hotel service standards and include a private kitchen, sleeping area, work desk, and bathroom, ensuring a high level of privacy and comfort for the residents.

The complex also features computer labs for individual study, a sports complex with a gym, swimming pool, as well as rooms for both individual and group activities.

For the convenience of students, the complex includes public dining facilities, a medical center, a beauty salon, coworking spaces, laundries, and recreational areas.

The main concept of the complex's landscaping focuses on safety and pedestrian accessibility: the area is free from vehicle traffic, ensuring comfort and tranquility for the residents.

The site is landscaped with geo-plastics, trees, and lawns. There are versatile sports fields as well as running and cycling paths throughout the area.

The internal courtyards of the eastern and western wings are designed for quiet relaxation, with large granite tiles, decorative trees, benches, lighting, and a jet fountains.
Emergency and service vehicle access, including fire trucks, ambulances, and maintenance vehicles, is also planned. The area is completely safe, comfortable, and pleasant to live in.
